- By phone, contact Customer Service at 213-765-0765 / 800-862-6772, 9:00a to 5:30pm (Pacific Standard Time). We will help you to complete your order or easily walk you through.
- By Email, you may also email us your order directly to sales@logo.americanwatch.com Please include the watch model number and quantity that you would like to order. Also, attach a copy of the logo design / artwork in any of these formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF, EPS, PSD, or AI. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to process the order.
- By US Mail, you are welcome to mail your written order along with a hard copy of your full color artwork or logo design. Enclose payment (checks, money orders or credit card number). Mail order to American Watch Co. at 1225 S. Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
Please submit your logo design or artwork in any of these digital formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF, EPS, PSD, TIFF or AI.
Normal production time for an order is 10 – 14 working days. Name brand watches (Seiko, Citizen, Tissot, etc.) may take longer. Please contact customer service at 213-765-0765 .
Rush production (5 – 7 working days) is available for an extra charge. Please add rush service to your order at the time of checkout.
American Logo Watch may ship your order in USA via UPS, FedEx or US Mail standard ground delivery or expedite shipping (Next day, 2nd day or 3rd day) is also available if requested.
International orders usually ship via DHL or FedEx.
No, American Logo Watch shipping charges are for freight & handling only and does not cover any taxes or duties imposed by the destination country. Please be aware any taxes or duties is your responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.
All American Logo Watch products have a limited one-year warranty on the movement and the battery. The warranty does not apply to watches that have been abused or modified by the consumer. Warranties for major manufacturer brands are for the same period as per the individual manufacturer’s warranty. For example, Tissot watches come with a twenty-four (24) months warranty period from the date of purchase.
American Logo Watch accepts credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover & Amex), PayPal and ACH bank wire transfers. You may also mail us a money order, cashier’s check, company, or personal check. (If you pay with a personal check, please expect delay in order processing time (14 working days)
All custom merchandise is subject to final sale once you have approved the final design and color and cannot be returned for credit or refund. Branded merchandise is subject to final sale whether it has been personalized or not.
American Logo Watch does not require any minimum purchase, you may easily just order one product at a time.

Yes, American Logo Watch also offers custom engraving on watches using the latest equipment. Engraving can be added on the back case and closing clasp.

Customers placing orders are responsible for the legal and approved usage of any graphic image reproduced on our products. We, therefore, accept no liability regarding the misuse, copyright, or licensing infringement of said graphics. All liabilities of this nature remain with the customer. American Watch Company retains the right to ask for a use authorization letter from the copyright or mark owner should we deem it necessary. If authorization is unable to be verified, we may request design changes. Any increase in cost due to design changes will be passed onto the customer.
Yes. American Logo Watch offers engravings and dial printing on a wide variety of watches. Before we process your order, be sure to contact customer service by email at sales@logo.americanwatch.com or by phone at 213-765-0765 or 800-862-6772 for instructions and printing charges. Please note not all watch dials are able to be modified. We will advise you on your options before attempting to modify your watch.
